Latisha Dotson

Latisha Dotson is a certified training specialist and coach, who has trained, developed, coached, and consulted a wide range of leaders from first line staff, supervisors to executive management and has significant working experience with both government agencies and non-profit organizations.

She earned a degree in Sociology with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Development. Latisha is currently a Staff Development Specialist with Alameda County Social Services Agency and is the Lead trainer for all management classifications within the Agency. She has created and facilitated the curriculum for several leadership and organizational training series that included research and development of effective training tools, materials and resources that has supported the professional and personal development of hundreds of government agency and non-profit organizations staff.

Latisha is passionate about inspiring those around her to uncover and embrace their highest self. She continues to facilitate ongoing discussions and training related to professional development, wellness, racial equity, and inclusion, communication and performance management. She has dedicated over 10 years to providing effective approaches, consultation, and knowledge that has enhanced and added value to organizations leaders, staff, organizational culture, and communities they serve.
